Favorite Animals I Met?

I met so many animals during my time there. One of the advantages of living in a kind of remote and not heavily populated place is that you get to see a lot of animals.

-To start, during the hours before sunset a Fulani man would pass by the house with dozens of bulls. They are such beautiful creatures to see up close, like 3D animated characters.

-At the paternal family house there were 2 cats that lived there. I loved them because they had a unique dynamic, one was very social and outgoing, the other was shy but never too far from the other. The social one bullied the reserved one a lot. They had a sibling dynamic.

-Joe was a white sheep. He was very chill

Tummy Want More

-After coming back to Montreal, I realized just how mid the plantain is here compared to Abidjan. Every single day, I ate some sweet fried plantain (which we call Alloco) and never got bored of it. In fact, I only asked for more.

Favorite Places I’ve Been?

The Balcony

My house in Abidjan was where I spent most of my time and is definitely a part of my favorite places I’ve been there. But especially the balcony. The balcony was my perch and HQ. I watched TV there when my dad held the living room hostage. I read all my books there. I watched the sunset there, I listened and danced to my jams there and worked out there. Anyways I love my balcony.

The Beach

The Beach is ,to me, the best place on Earth. I always pestered my dad to bring us to the beach because it is so dear to me. If I could, I’d live there and ride a horse along the shore everyday.
